JULES OZAETA
I’m Jules Ozaeta, a seasoned graphic designer, illustrator, and multimedia artist based in Ponte Vedra Beach, originally from the Philippines. With over a decade of creative experience, I began my career in advertising, developing visual solutions for global brands. Over time, my practice evolved to include a broader, more expressive range of work—spanning illustration, painting, and sculpture.
My wire sculptures, initially inspired by the elegant restraint of Picasso’s single-line drawings, reflect a deep respect for form, simplicity, and emotional nuance. Since 2017, these works have been exhibited in Manila and collected by individuals I greatly admire—including former Vice President Leni Robredo and Cardinal Bishop Luis Tagle, who presented my portrait of Pope Francis to the pontiff in Vatican City.
While the influence of Picasso is felt in my wire work, my creative range is wide and continually expanding. From shaping brand identities and editorial illustrations to crafting tactile, handmade pieces, I approach every project with clarity, intention, and a commitment to storytelling through visual form.
When I’m not working on brands, I’m usually painting or sculpting — staying connected to the kind of raw, expressive creativity that inspires everything I do. See more here.
